COACHING CONTRACT
Parties:

Terms and Conditions:
1. Coaching Services:
  • The Coach agrees to provide coaching services for the Club Baseball Team during the term of this Contract. These services include instruction, guidance, and mentorship related to baseball skills and strategies.
2. Term:
  • This Contract shall commence on [Date logged below] and shall continue until [Date logged below], unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of both parties.
3. Compensation:

4. Insulation from Liability:
  • The Coach acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Club Baseball Team. As such, the Coach assumes all responsibility and liability for their actions, including any injuries that may occur during coaching sessions, practices, warm-ups, or games.
5. Code of Conduct and Expectations:
  • The Guest Coach agrees to abide by Carolina Combat Club Baseball Team's Code of Conduct and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior.
6. Confidentiality:
  • The Guest Coach agrees not to disclose any confidential information related to the Club Baseball Team, its players, or its operations, without prior written consent.
7. Termination:
  • Carolina Combat Baseball may terminate this Contract with written notice in case of a material breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
8. Governing Law:
  • This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [South Carolina/United States].
9. Entire Agreement:
  • This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
