All players attending tryouts/events must have prospect form on file.
Note: We try to group by graduating year as much as possible, this is because college coaches recruit by graduating class. The date for age cutoff is May 1st, whatever your age is on/before May 1st of the year is the age group you are eligible for. Some players may "play up" with an older age group with approval. Not all forms will receive a response.
